Parallel Dreams Performance Courses update
The Parallel Dreams Performance Courses at Hemel Snowcentre will take place on the 2nd & 3rd of October. Here is an update message from Dave Murrie;
"There will be an opportunity during the course for personal, dynamic biomechanical analysis. This movement assessement will look at your alignment on your skis while actually sliding on the snow, i.e. beyond the nominal alignment available statically during boot fitting. The session will support the understanding and development of personal performance. Specific on-snow balancing drills, and exercises in use of the skis, will help to test your functional aligment and dynamic riding stance. We will consider how your anatomy, your posture, your equipment set up, your range of movement and your strength, influences movement effectiveness and balancing, and moreover affects your actual skiing performance and ability to progress."
